I like some of the small details that were included. Like how in the planning phase, the rooms are fake and you can see their supports on the outside, and then in the action phase, it shows the actual building. It reminded me of the training mission for the original Modern Warfare.

it's nice seeing this becoming a genre! Also great seeing a different approach. Both games got their own little flavour. Really good idea with the timeline.

I always had a hard time making a single plan in doorkickers2 . I'm really excited to try this new game with more feature for making single plans.

I'm in love. Can't wait for this game to be fully playable, I've already played the crap out of the first 3 missions lol. It's hard to go back to doorkickers after playing this, the timeline makes it sooo easy to synchronize my dudes. So satisfying.

Neat! Some questions & comments about the game:
* If you take a grenade on a campaign mission but don't throw it, is it still lost?
* I hope there's an option to turn off the shallow-depth-of-field graphics.
* Perk idea: 'Lucky Day': Once you commit to a plan, the mission is run *twice, * with different random enemy positions. If either run succeeds, you pass; if both runs succeed, you get to pick which one to keep (in case one run you won but lost people while the other had no casualties). This perk must be activated *before* you commit to the plan.
* Debuff idea: 'Darkest Timeline': Once you commit to a plan, the mission is run *twice, * with different random enemy positions. If either run fails, you lose; if both runs succeed, the game automatically selects the one it considers 'worse'.
* Debuff idea: 'Finagle's Law': Like 'Darkest Timeline', but the mission is simulated 10 times in the background (only the first run is shown live); a failure in any of them means you lose the mission.
