The Lord recently revealed to me trauma buried inside of myself for over 50 years. It shaped my interactions with others and my perception of myself. Everything that damaged me flooded right back to the surface. The emotional abuse all through my childhood, living in fear and constant humiliation. The Lord took me back into the pain buried within me. For two days the emotion of reliving it was raw. The Lord had me revisit it to shine His light on it and bring me out of the darkness and the strong hold it had on me. It's now dealt with and no longer buried. The Lord promises He will fulfil the great work He had started in me. Satan's lies about me were revealed and healed, brought into the light of Jesus. By the grace of Jesus Christ the damage done over years to the little child who was trying to be heard inside of me was set free and shown she was wonderfully made and was His child. What grace. Prayers to anyone reading this for the the Lord to set them free to be who He intended them to be in Him. 🙏

I am reading a great book called, "The Body Keeps The Score." It is about trauma and how our brain and body cannot physically let it go. It starts out with PTSD. This book deals with real trauma and pain and along with Jesus Christ's help I am finally letting the past go.

My daughter is going through a similar situation. She is extremely angry with God due a failure that happened in her academic career. She is unconsolable. Please pray for my daughter.

loneliness, how sad is that? Story of my life. I read the Word of God, pray and repent. but the overwhelming feeling of sadness will explode in a matter of seconds and question everything.

Unfortunately Sometimes you just don't find right people in the church that understands you. So people isolate themselves because after many years of trying eventually they gave up sadly.

I once wrote down on paper, all my emotional baggage that came from a bad marriage and a subsequent divorce then I prayed to Jesus Christ to set me free of them and burned the paper in the backyard. Felt this weight lift off of me and those looping thoughts of victimhood disappeared! Praise the Lord! Peace came into my life after that.

A person can do everything humanly possible to fix himself but without dealing with the demons behind the lies the enemy simply waits and returns. He hides until a door is opened. Get angry? Open door. Been there done that. 😟 we must break soul ties and blood line curses in addition to what he advises. Salvation is only step 1.

Always been alone, with a lack of confidence and low self esteem...and so many people today because of Online and social media and online gaming so previlant....so many say they LIKE being alone now and don't like being around people. These people don't know what it's like to truly be alone because i can guarentee they were never alone, and in high school they had all kinds of friends and such. Some of us never had friends or tried too hard to get them and ended up pushing them away....and some of use jumped online in the 90s to escape the world and we got picked on for always being online...and now EVERYONE is online and being online is cool because you can now make money on the net.
I jumped online in the 90s in high school and started down the path of the devil with porn and such...doing shit i shouldnt have...but in ALL that God NEVER gave up on me even after losing my first child 17 years ago...when i trulyfell into darkness and drinking. Two years ago i just Stopped drinking with NO worldly help...just a tug at my heart and realizing i have to do better for my son. The Internet and gaming doesn't even do anything for me anymore...I grow bored if I sit on the computer too long now.

i really liked how he said when we isolate ourselves and put up walls, even when we think we're doing ok, all we've done is lock ourselves in with our baggage. every few years i try to make connections, and even when the connections last for 2 or so years, i always pull away and never understood why. i have come to know why over time, but didn't really know how to face it and conquer it. i experienced both parental and peer rejection growing up and that fear of rejection always creeps up on me sooner or later. i don't know how to let go of it, and feel awful that i have essentially pushed away / rejected so many people because of it.

Yes I BELIEVE we should talk about it..but if that's all we do is talk about it and don't exchange lie and God's truth...we stay there...sometimes people continually rehearse over and over instead of forgiving and letting go
