ARASA MONTU ARTS: (Combat Form #1)

In traditional Eurasian mars(tial) arts, there are codified sets of movements called "forms" (kata in Japan)..
In Afrikan Montu arts, we also have our own forms, but ours incorporate Montu movements from various Afrikan warrior dances and techniques from modern Afrikan combat systems like 52 Blocks and Capoeira.
Here I am demonstrating my own personal form that I created using elements of the Sofa 🐎 dance of the Mandinka ethnic group, Boreh (traditional Gambian 🇬🇲 wrestling)🤼🏿‍♂️, and 52 Blocks (Afrikan American hand-to-hand combat system).
All of these movements are performed with footwork based on the sacred shapes of the circle⭕ and triangle🔺️.
