Thanks for posting this very informative video. I bought my first pair of Z1's one month ago and I am now a fan for life. These are the most comfortable footwear I have ever owned. I have very flat feet - 4F flat - and have always had problems finding footwear that fits. I can't tell you how many inserts and insoles I have purchased to make my shoes fit better. My feet don't hurt anymore.

this video helped better than the pictures I just got my custom cloud chacos zx3 so it's a little difficult to adjust around my toes but once I got it it was amazing

Thank you for that response! I'll still invest in a pair of these, I've heard some really amazing things about people switching from Teva and KEEN and never looking back. I suppose one of Chaco's closed toed shoes would be great for running?

Just got my first pair of clouds. Like them overall and their cushy but I'm having a issue rubbing where the adjuster is where the strap connects to the sole. Is this something that will break in or a adjustment issue or what?

I got a pair of 9s because I'm usually a 9 or 9.5....I couldn't even get my foot in them . I'm so disappointed, so I'm wondering if it is even worth it if it's so difficult to get the right fit. I don't have wide feet. I could probably get a 10. Any advice? Perhaps if I mess around with your strap adjusting it will be better. I wish there was more info shared on that feature because first time buyers seem to have the same problem.

I adjusted my chacos to my foot but the strap with the buckle is way too loose even the the buckle is pulled as tight as it can go. Do you know a way to fix this?

I decided to buy the chaco z2 classic for the first time believing that it would be a comfortable shoe. But after wearing it and trying to adjust it, I was not impressed because every step I walked The strap tightened and had to rest and adjust again. I don't know if chaco knows about this problem or not. I believe there are many others who have encountered the same problem. It's $100 not worth it.

I'm only 9 and I'm in the aldults sizes. I really want the rainbow chacos but I want it toe less, is that possible? I got my chacos yesterday.

OK so I know this is a year old comment, but if you are still interested in chacos in the Atlanta area there is a store in Carrollton GA, think University of West Georgia area, named The Squire Shop they sell both men's and women's chacos!
