It would be really helpful if you could show a video of loosening and tightening with just the double strap z2's. All your videos show the single strap. I have one loose strap that doesn't seem even with the others for my double strap.

Honestly mine were hard to adjust right now after having for several years Little Rock and sand gets in the holes where straps are but easy way to loosen wet them completely and use dish soap and scrub them all and allow to get down in between holes and they loosened mine up adjust while they’re still soapy and wet

I love Chaco sandals, and have multiple pairs. However I don't love that I have to adjust them A LOT! It's often inconvenient, and forces me to stop fun activities to tug and pull to adjust them - yet because of the vibram sole, and great fit (when adjusted properly) I continue to buy and wear them. However, I do wish I didn't have to adjust them so much.

Slow down! And maybe label the straps and say which side to pull on?

I just got a pair and the loose/tight is not easy. Unable to level the straps to avoid a long and very dangerous a long hanging strap.

I hate these shoes fr if the strap moved through the heal and cinched down all the way they would be great. Do not fit my feet at all I was excited about them.

Even your video shows the buckle strap hanging down too long after it's tightened. Why don't you just tell people to tuck it in behind the ankle

You need to video it from further away so one can see the entire shoe and determine which strap you’re pulling. And slow down for crying out loud.
