Not what people were looking for. We werent asking for Word to speak we are looking for DICTATION FUNCTION. There's no Microphone icon to dictate text into Word.

Found out about this feature (previously struggled trying to use narrator which I now know is intended for use by those without any sight) in a conversation with a lady who works in a University Accessibility Department. Hopefully I can follow along with this tutorial but I feel the type of people that would utilize this feature (including myself) would benefit if the instructions were spoken audibly instead of just visually showing.
