Our mission is to encourage, empower, and inspire people to live a life that Blesses God, in accordance with His word. As the Psalmist proclaims, "Bless God in the great congregation, the Lord, O you who are of Israel's fountain" (Psalm 68:26 ESV), and "Every day will I bless Thee; and I will praise Thy name forever and ever" (Psalm 145:2 KJV). Just as Simeon, after encountering Jesus, "took him up in his arms and blessed God" (Luke 2:28 ESV), we seek to lead others in a life of stewardship, relevant engagement, and practical living that honors and blesses the Lord.

I am a Christian woman living and working in the Middle East. It is sad when I hear Muslims saying that to them, everyone in "western" culture is considered a Christian. It sheds the wrong message and wrong view on Christianity.
I know the conversations I'm having with those with whom I work and associate with are changing their perceptions. Trusting for Jesus to meet them and call them into His glorious kingdom.

I remember God pulling me out of a dark path literally telling me this is not your path. It is something I'll always remember.

It's not about YOU and YOUR changed life It's not about YOU and YOUR new desires
it's not about YOU and YOUR life trajectory
It's about JESUS CHRIST AND him alone
It's about what HE did...not what YOU do!
It's no Longer "I" but Christ.

Salvation is by grace through faith period. You cannot lose what you never earned.

Jesus, lift me out of my debts and provide me financial stability. As a single mother things are hard on me. I’m broken hearted. My husband passed years ago. I’m alone. Both of my sons are autistic and require so much from me. I’m constantly struggling to provide for them. Why me Lord. My life has always been a struggle from being abused as a child to not having a family like most folks. Father God hear my prayers. I’m ashamed as I constantly struggle to pay my bills and I constantly struggle to provide groceries for my sons. Please Jesus bless me with a job opportunity that allows me to provide abundantly for my children. I will keep faith even though I want to give up. Please hear my Father. ❤

This is the best thing that needs to be preached. This is one hundred percent true. When I had an experience that brought me to God, my whole life changed. I wasn't made perfect just different. I desired to get rid of all ungodly things like scary movies and the like. Most people raised their hand, said a thing, and changed nothing. Heart breaking. I pray for my lost brothers and sisters. Encounters change EVERYTHING

Man, I felt that when you said “I felt plucked out”. It’s a tough theology to navigate. I’d love to survey what other people’s experience of salvation has felt like and their impression of “choice”.

Once saved ALWAYS saved is NOT a debate!! its Gods promise to US ONCE we believe in what Jesus did in our place for our sin!!🤨

Respectfully disagree brother. There was no Bible when Jesus rose from the dead. You don’t have to have any Bible verse memorized to be saved if so then that’s works to be saved. Saved through faith by grace of God head. That’s it.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. John 10:27-29

“And punch line, I don’t need to know” ..that’s it right there. that’s the bridge that allows you to humbly discuss these things without making an idol of it.

This was a good breakdown, for me the alter call and saying a prayer was the time when God entered in my life and I believe I was saved at that moment…but I agree with your overall point, especially the “raised in a Christian family “ part. I hear that all the time, we were raised in the church etc. but that has nothing to do with one’s heart being close to God or having a yearning for the things of God

Amen! Provisionism absolutely makes the most sense when exegeting scripture. I absolutely love that even the acrostic is simply the gospel message being preached!

Great breakdown as always Rus. I say the same thing, a person who deconstructed was never really a “Christian” at all, even if they thought they were. A true Christian may backslide and definitely sin, but won’t lose salvation, especially when that same Christian values salvation more than almost everything else in life.

Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;
-Philippians 2:12

The phrase "losing salvation" is straw manning that side of the argument by the very framing of the phrase. We cant lose it like a set of car keys but we can leave the faith. Apostacy is pretty clear in scripture. Hebrews ch 6 is one of many scriptures.

I’ve always believed that if you were “saved” and found yourself in a position where you don’t appear to be saved then you were never truly saved to begin with.

I thought that I was saved when I was a kid because there was one specific time I remember where I was praying and felt the Holy Spirit, but I later learned that feeling the presence of God one time does not equal salvation. I did not confess that Jesus is Lord nor did I believe in my heart. I know that in hindsight because in my early teenage years I was constantly and willingly living and sin and has no conviction or repentance in my heart. I was also cursing God because of some things going on in my life at the time. Once I turned 16, got back into the church and actually learned what Christianity is, then I genuinely believed and confessed that Jesus is Lord. After that I began to feel conviction about my sinful behaviors and my behavior began to naturally show the fruits of the spirit. My life has never been the same and I will never go back to who I saw without Christ.

Edit:
For the argument of free will and the ability to walk away from your salvation:
I saw this argument and I personally believe if you are truly saved you will no long have the will to walk away from your salvation. I’m not saying you lose your free will, but you will lose the desire to be separate from God because it is so much better to be with Him.

I agree with a lot of what you say. But, salvation is also about applying faith in the Grace of God. That’s willful belief. So a person can also denounce, decommit, repudiate, Deconvert, excommunicate, and walk away from faith in Christ. Correct? See Phanatik as a example. Your thoughts brother?
