I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio from a crash? I've heard that the market crash will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k portfolio.

Successful investors are dependent on the action or steps they take to achieve it. Show me a man who doesn't have an investment and I will tell you how soon he'll go broke. Investment is building a safe haven for the future: with the right choices of investment that has minimum risk and with an Expert guidance, profit and interest should be guaranteed.

Newbies need to learn the ropes, know how much risk they can handle and diversify their portfolio. Some folks get help from money experts or do their homework before making investment moves. It's all about being smart with your funds.

Recently bought some recommended assets. They seem to be more negative portfolios this 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding the market for a while?

Rather of relying on penny stocks, I wish to diversify my assets by investing in ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of corporations with stable cash flows. I received $400k from the selling of my property. What should I do?

Didn't Charlie Munger and Warren Buffett invent the strategy of buying/investing when the market is low and also buying/investing when the market is high? As Warren Buffet said, he has seen this happen many times in his life. Not an investor. My wife and i never earned more than a middle class salary. We plan to get retired at 58 with a stock portfolio worth $4M. We have never sold so much as one share of stock...

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Market declines, soaring inflation, a significant increase in interest rates by the Fed, and rising Treasury yields all point to additional losses for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the present market turbulence? I'm still debating whether to sell my $125k ETF/Growth Stock portfolio.

Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.

I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.

Taking early inspiration from Warren Buffett on the significance of solid asset diversification and risk management—it cannot be emphasised enough. I've been working on growing my $300K portfolio for some time now and would greatly appreciate any additional suggestions

I’ve been diligently working, saving and contributing towards financial freedom and early retirement, but the economy so far since the pandemic has eaten away most of my portfolio, what I want to know is this: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in these unstable markets or do I look into alternative sectors.

I have heard of several investors who were making more than $40k a month from the market. I'm ready to go into the market now, but I'm careful to not make a mistake. Or are there are safe bets?

The best investors will often tell you that one vital ingredient for stock market success is an overlooked and underappreciated one: patience. I've heard of investors making over $400k profit in this current sinking market, and I'm looking for ideas on how to earn similar profits.

I’ve had majority of my holdings in tech stocks and I've had 25% increase in my portfolio, especially with Apple’s P/E (price to earnings ratio) but with much uncertainty now, my question is what stocks can be the next APPL in terms of growth for the next decade?

There seems to be skepticism amongst investors regarding the Federal Reserve's plan to continue increasing interest rates until inflation is stabilized. As for myself, I find myself at a crossroads, uncertain whether to invest $150, 000 into my stock portfolio. I'm seeking advice on the best strategy to capitalize on this current market.
