The exterior is worn and dirty, and the interior is severely worn.
Clean and polish the shell and re-engraved the label. The interior was completely disassembled and cleaned, and new bearings were replaced.
After the repair, the power is strong and the wheel hub screws can be removed without any stress.

Very nice refurbishing project. I especially like how you reworked the decals. Clever I'd say. I actually had a local business give me their broken 1/2" impact DeWalt cordless driver because the anvil nose section was broken. So I bought a new DeWalt replacement nose anvil and cleaned everything up and have like new tool now as well. Those 1/2" DeWalt impact drivers are seriously powerful for sure... Thumbs Up!

You didn't need to redo the label. It was still legible and in remarkably good condition, considering that tool was never gonna look new ever again.
