Why Counselling Psychology?

I have always been interested in doing counselling right now Im actualy taking my first degree of couselling just so excited, and cant wait to learn more and where i am...Tanzania, most people do not understand the importance of it, so its a challenge, but im willing to face it, and hope that someday understand it and appreciate its importance to them.

Hello, I am a young student wishing to go for this major. My life whole I've always loved working with people and seeing people getting better and warming people. Here in Virginia I can't seem to find any credible colleges that offer this major any advice?

Just recently accepted an offer from a London Uni into doing a conversion MSc course accredited by BPS. Really wanna help people in distress (I myself have been there before)

I do an undergraduate degree on Business Studies right now, and I'm planning on dropping out and do either Counselling Psychology or School Counselling diploma. Any advice? I'm from Ireland, and I'm quite stuck in life with my career and studies. I feel like I want to have a career that helps others and after talking to a relative of mine he suggested counselling.
