Good video! My left knee always wants to bend inwards. I have to concentrate to keep it as straight as possible to get the benefits of this exercise. It also helps to strengthen that leg when performed correctly.

I did lunge an as i was putting my knee down it somehow hit and i had pain and couldent walk for some time . do you know why that happen or anyyhing?
