The normal ratatouille which is a "peasant" dish like many are in the french kitchen of roughly the same ingredients but in cubes and as a stew... it's great as a vegetable side for lamb and rosemary potatoes (my favourite) or simply served as a stew with bread.

The actual name of the dish is confit byaldi, which is Thomas Keller's bougie version of ratatouille. It isn't hard to make per se, but it is very time-consuming.
