Something I appreciate about this song is that as the parody novelty starts to wear off, the lyrics keep coming faster, getting sharper in their criticisms, more clever with the rhymes and subtle humor, and paired with better visuals. Then the song ends with a flourish before it has time to feel tired. It’s a masterclass in parody production.
