When I was a kid, I had the unforgettable experience of meeting Big John Studd. We were staying at the same hotel, and I spotted him getting on the escalator. Excited, I waited at the bottom for him to come down. My parents asked if he’d be willing to take a picture with me and sign an autograph. He couldn’t have been nicer. To this day, I still have that picture—a treasured memory from my childhood.

Fun fact, my dad invested in real estate all around the northern Virginia area and 30 years after he passed away, he still provides for his family. I was four when my father passed away and I miss him dearly, but I’m thankful every day for the business choices, he made outside of the ring.

I got the privilege to meet this man and shake his hand at the Children's Palace ( it's a toy retail store back in the day when I was a very young man). His body was huge, his hands were huge and from his personality I'm sure his heart was huge as well. IT WAS AN HONOR TO MEET HIM.

Big john lived around were i live in Butler Pennsylvania.ive heard alot of stories about him .he was big guy with big heart.so i hear he was farm boy and would lift bels of hay .one under each arm .wow look at his hands
