I love Steve so much 😢 I watched him throughout my entire childhood, and still continue to watch him today. He is such an inspiration. I was literally devastated when he was killed by that manta ray. I thought I saw him just for a few seconds create a shadow over the ray and the ray was very aggressive and territorial and it was incredibly sudden.

I hear the newer generation saying oh his personality and attitude was fake. Its just sad that most of us cannot be so enthusiast and loving about anything; let alone how Steve viewed every living creature and the whole planet. I tell myself to worry less and be as in the moment and conscious of life around us as Steve was. He was and will always be my Idol. Never once have I ever doubted his passion and its inspiring! We were so lucky to have a soul like him.

Steve passed away the same day my husband passed away also. I don't know how I made it through that day 😢😢😢

Steve didnt respect the animal's space. He would antagonize the animals. He shouldnt have touched any of those animals.
