Your video is great! Can you share how you might use the function to round times using the 7/8 minute rule for timekeeping? I'm pulling my hair out!

Than you for your very useful video. My situation is that I charge my time as consultant on minimum/nearest 15 minute intervals, The Ceiling function that you displayed should not round up when the interval is exactly a 15 minute interval and for the most part it doesn't. However, I needed to charge for some work that I did from 21:15 to 23:00 which equates 1.75 hours, but the Ceiling formula inexplicably rounded it up to 2.0 hours. Why is that? Is there a way around it? Thank you!
