Referring to around 1:57:08 and on... If 3-4 Petrine sees are there simply so "someone" keeps the faith, who is it? Because Moscow has essentially become another Rome, and Constantinople and Moscow are currently not in communion with one another.

I wonder if it’s important that Jesus gave all the apostles the authority to bind and loose (Matthew 18:18), but Peter was uniquely given the keys to the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 16:19), like Eliakim was given the keys to the house of David, which was a perpetual office (Isaiah 22:22). Peter himself is a bishop just like the other apostles, so the bishops have authority over their own district, but Peter is the prime apostle who’s word is final.

I think that Orthodox theology and interpretation of scripture is far more superior than that of Roman Catholicism.
