UofL Dept. of Medicine Grand Rounds: Dr. Monzr Al Malki (Lung T. Yam Lecture)

Monzr M. Al Malki, M.D., Associate Professor of Medicine; Director, Unrelated Donor BMT Program; and Director, Haploidentical Transplant Program at City of Hope, presented the 2024 Lung T. Yam Lecture, "Optimizing Outcomes for Patients with Mismatched Unrelated Donor Hematopoietic Cell Transplant" at University of Louisville Department of Medicine Grand Rounds in March 14, 2024.

Dr. Al Malki's talk focused on discussing the importance of alternative donor HCT in the current era, reviewing historical outcomes of MMUD, and defining the optimization of the choice of MMUD in the "conventional" GvHD platform, and the outcome of MMUD with "novel" GvHD platforms.
