UofL Dept. of Medicine Grand Rounds: Dr. Daniel Kelmenson

Daniel A. Kelmenson, M.D., Assistant Professor of Medicine, Assistant Medical Director, Medical Intensive Care Unit , and Medical & Quality Officer, Rapid Response & Medical Emergency Team, at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Heersink School of Medicine, presented "ARDS: Diagnosis, Treatment and Mimickers" at University of Louisville Department of Medicine Grand Rounds on December 15, 2022.

Dr. Kelmenson's talk focused on identifying the major risk factors for developing acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), discussing what conditions can mimic ARDS, and summarizing what should be included in the standard diagnostic workup for a patient with suspected ARDS.
