Tip of the day.
If you cut a piece of ABS pipe that fits on the back of the gauges with a 90° and then another at an angle you can mount the gauges at an angle so you can actually see them, you can even increase the angle to pitch the farther gauges a bit more so the angle better.

I run a k20z2 with a 3 plug short plug and a KC1 transaxle that is teathered to a 6 bolt block running 9 psi on twins. On a good day when she grips I be running low 14's on the quarter. I ran this motor previously in my FD which I eventually swapped into my F body then finally into my K car sleeper.
