It's a good theory. I think Bariss would be more accepted by the new jedi order than the old one. Especially because they would forgive her and the fact that she was right about the old jedi shows she has good instincts which would be useful to Lukes new jedi order.

Which will lead the a whole New Movie Trilogy where everybody from the Last Movie Trilogy is in Alternate Timelines.

Sounds like some good foreshadowing by "The Mandalorian's" writing staff; it subtly and vaguely hints at something but doesn't explicitly make it canonical, tying future "Star Wars" writers to that fact in the fictional universe or requiring a retcon.
