I need to totally remove a transition between two slides-it was just too much and I don't want any at that point. I tried dragging it back into transitions but it doesn't work. Any idea how to get rid of it?

I am using mostly videos for my slide show when I used the wedding template it cuts down my video time sometimes don't even get to the video it still in transition mode but goes to the next slide and that may be play but be frozen for a 1-2seconds because it added more time to that slide and I'm confused on how to just let it play out like how I want it to.
Any suggestions

What's going on with Kizoa site!? 

I use it often, so I feel I got the basic understanding, it's giving me hard time now! 
I payed the money to be a member, so I don't have glitches!  

I sent my video to my email and it do not let me download it to my phone.... Or it doesn't properly let me watch it... (The expand full screen button is missing.) (Before sending I push the option of downloading to phone... Device button.. I know that step I did it often) 

Also, it is changing up my song start point.  But it plays it right when I'm editing and listening. 

I need this to work Asap please please I use this for work. And I need this to work for I can turn in my final project to clients. Tonight at the latest!
