Spinal Stability / Instability - Tendons, Curvature, and Alignment
Показать описание
Instability or Stability comes from both the ligaments and the tendons.
Spinal stability can be a really important thing when regaining health from often elusive conditions.
The three pillars of structural health are: Alignment, Curvature, and Stability.
Stability is divided into two components:
1) Tendons
2) Ligaments
In this video, Dr. Hutcheson further introduces the topic of spinal stability from a tendon perspective. Over time, we will share further insight into what is happening on a cellular level, and how stimulating tendons to heal can contribute significantly to Spinal Stability.
