I am having some irritation due to over stretching a spinal decompression in my mid back. It seems to heal and then when I work out certain movements seem to aggravate it, such as pull ups or rows. How long should I wait for it to heal and what should I avoid?

Doctor John i wish i can send you my wifes mri to see what is your opinion on her problem she have a protursion of l5 S1 with the disc bulge 6mm in the spinal canal after 20 fizikal therapy and 80days of pils and antibiotics she fels from pain 10 of 10 now its 2 of 10 or less please what to do her neuro surgeon said that it should be operate but now its beter can you please help

My brother had an accident and he has cervical spine injury. It is very scary and I need to see this video. The surgeon will put 16 screws in his neck. The polish surgeon punctured his lung as the screw was too big and he got a collapsed lung.
