Guys Install the game (New) before you Launch the Game First Time Close (Fire Wall there is 3 stuff to close and on Windows Anti Virus 4 i think to close also the Kernel protector thing if you enabeled then launch the Game it Worked for me even my Laptop not support the Direct X 12 Ultimate i run the game with 15 FPS sadly.

You should have first read the dx12 requirements for the game. Dx11 wont work here broski.
you didnt even try that, because the game wont run in dx11 xD
