That game was so much fun. Unfortunately I couldn't help but study the traita and within a pretty short amount of time my character was teleporting and one shotting pretty much everything. I think I ended up with over 700 hours played before I finished the story. It's been years though so I'd like to play through it again but with a bunch of debilitating mods to make it much harder. I think that would be an awesome experience. I haven't been keeping up with new games for the last 6 years did they ever make another good game like this?

Easiest way to max out her affinity level is by taking off all your clothes/gear and then fast traveling to places of your choosing. I fast traveled back and forth between sanctuary and the slog repeatedly. Took about an hour to max out the affinity.
