Exercise Progression for the Rope Climb

In this video we look at 5 key exercise progressions for developing strength for the Spartan Rope Climb. These exercises are:

The Active Towel Hang
The Lying Leg Lift
The Towel Knee Lift
The Bent Arm Knee Lift
The Towel Pull-up Knee Lift

Although you might not have access to a Rope to train on, by using these exercises, you can ensure you have the prerequisite amount of strength need to tackle the obstacle. Aim to move through the progressions only when you have mastered the previous one.
