I thought stewie would be like "oh, come on!" after the third or fourth time. but seriously, I've cleaned messes enough that you swear people are just doing it on purpose or they're only doing it when you're there. I understand if a kid vomits in the rental car, but vomiting as an adult in a rental car is just dumb. I mean, if you're sick and need to puke, pull over or is that too much to ask? Yeah, there might be some spillage, but it's enough to wipe down. I swear people are just Lazy and inconsiderate when it comes to rentals.

Reminds me of my days in Avis Budget only difference there wasn't always puke but food crumbs and salt especially during Canadian winters and we were also a responsible for changing tires and oil change and brake maintenance

Not entirely accurate, there customers are far too polite to be realistic. And they didnt even try to say that the car already had puke in before they took it for a week and a half without complaining

I work for enterprise at an airport location as "detailer" really just a cleaner, but thankfully ive never gotten puke, but ive gotten some bad cars😂 trash overflowing, dirty diapoers the works 😂 but its honestly the chillest easiest job ever and all my managers are super chill and nice and go out of there way to help even when you dont ask, same with everyone who works there, wouldn't change this job for the world

We made a rental car reservation 2 weeks before departure. On April 29th, at 8:00 am, I arrived at the rental car company I made a reservation for and went to the counter to check in. However, the staff told us that check-in was only possible when another staff member came, so we waited 15 minutes to check-in. During check-in, the staff asked me if it was possible to drive manually instead of automatically, and I said that I couldn't drive manually. The staff said "yes" and told me to wait. We asked if we should wait longer, and the clerk said he couldn't tell us the exact thing, and just said to wait. We asked the clerk "when can i gat the rent car?" As if they were repeating the same words over and over again, they said "I can't tall you." We kept saying that we didn't have time and that we had been waiting for an hour now, and the staff said to us, "I have a manual car, so I'll take that too." ?", and I said that I can't drive a manual car. The staff member again asked us to wait and we waited for another 30 minutes. At 9:30, I asked the staff member why there is no automatic transmission car right now." I said, and the staff said, "Someone else took the car, but we don't know when the car will arrive, so we can't tell you the exact time." I was so feverish that I continued to argue with the staff, but the answer that came back was "I can't talk to you. You just have to wait." The time has already passed 10:00 am, and we had a schedule to go from Frankfurt, Germany to the Netherlands, so even if we started at 10:00 AM and drove 5 hours and 30 minutes to the Netherlands, it was over 4:00 PM and we ended up doing all the trips. I had no choice but to cancel the schedule. We waited 2 hours and 30 minutes to get the car, and we didn't have much time so we asked them for a refund. Since they couldn't refund on their computer, they told us to go through the refund process on our own, and we made a reservation for a hotel in the Netherlands, and they told us to compensate for that too. They told us "we have no right to refund for hotel cases". We ended up wasting time and money. We didn't have a place to sleep that day, so we had no choice but to book another hotel to stay.

We ask them to refund the hotel and rental fees. We messed up all our schedules because of them. They didn't even apologize to us once.

I'm here currently and what blows my mind is the detailers do the work get no rewards but management what's is to bust ass nonstop so they can get their bonuses lol and the drivers complain that their overworked..bro all u do is drive stfu
