To whomever would listen: I just wanna make it known that I feel very depressed having to consider this surgery. In 2019 I lost 80Lbs in 5 months naturally, but then gained every pound back! I hate that I can’t control my weight gain. It’s just depressing…

None of the surgery options sound ideal to me. This video (and others) encourages me to get back to strength-training type exercises and stick to portion control and healthier eating. . . Worrying about future complications from having vital organs messed with doesn't appeal to me. No way. But good luck and a big Hug to those who take the Weight Loss Surgery plunge. I think there is a type of Duodenol Switch with lower operative risk than is indicated here... SADI-S. I don't know if it affects any of these other factors, but if you are looking into Bariatric Surgery you might want to get more information on the SADI-S in particular. I think it has become more popular over time.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on August 20, 2021, my surgery was done in Tijuana. I started out at 225 lbs at the end of the fifth week I weighed 193. And I haven’t lost anything in 3 weeks and I’m belching a lot after I eat. I take 20 mg of omeprazole in the morning and 20 mg omeprazole in the evening. I am concerned that somethings went wrong because I’ve stopped losing weight so soon and because of the belching, what should I do?
