I think an A is a person who can take care of themself and be a leader to others. A B is a worker, someone who can take orders. That’s why in season 9 Jadis told Gabe that she THOUGHT he was a B, but since he didn’t follow her, he proved he could think for himself and stay to help our main characters. She probably called a Rick a B so that the CRM wouldn’t have to worry about him, they could just see him as someone that can follow orders, not create issues for them.

My biggest dream ever is that in the final of the story the heroes of all the walking dead projects unite - TWD, FTWD, TWD: World Beyond, the telltale TWD games, TWD movies not yet released.
It will be unforgettable and legendary.

And those symbol on helicopter is similar to Umbrella from RE....
