I lived there for 3 years. Of course I had fun but also it is the most racist place on earth. I love Mona but when she landed in Dubai she was an Arabic speaking "American". Life is not the same for everyone in Dubai. Really depends on your passport, who you know and how much money you have. Also Dubai is one of the most unsustainable cities on Earth. Read about it.

Thank you for this video, my brother is a real estate manager in a petrol company here in Algeria and he was promised to be promoted a year from now to work in Dubai, but he's so hesitant to take his family and go there although we kept encouraging him. I think it's a nice place to live in .

Great video Mona! It’s an incredible city and I love to return all the time. Most definitely the safest city in the entire world, you can walk out to grab food at 3am and even a fly wont bother you. Huge misconception that dubai is very strict in terms of dress codes but it’s actually so accepting to everything respectful.
