My grandpa has dementia but luckily he’s not at the stage yet that he doesn’t remember us but I know that day is coming soon and it just makes me so sad to think that he won’t remember us, or all the fun times we had. What I’m trying to say is thank you Cory for addressing this seriously, we need more people like you. Much love.

Dementia is the most scariest thing in the whole world to me. I saw a quote from somebody with dementia and it made me cry. It's "I know I wont remember you, but will you still remember me?" It is one of the most shocking things I have ever heard.

I know what happened to the mother in the 2nd film. When she found the new “bug, ” she didn’t know that it was actually a parasite. The parasite bit her and she started to loose her memory overtime. Then, it eventually took over her or something and she went mad and turned into a bug. Edit: thanks for the likes :D its the most i have ever gotten i am very grateful.

So for the chrysalis story, it’s my understanding that the newly discovered bug species is actually what is making his mom go crazy. It’s parasitic and needs a new host because the mom is getting old and weak, so the bug controlled her to get a new host.

The Chrysalis one: Actually everything she did was accurate. I can't tell you how many weird things I witnessed during my 13 years of being a CNA. Even the knife parts, I've had MANY over the years turn violent at night time due to sun downers. Dementia peaks at night.
