KETO NO BAKE PUMPKIN PIE! EASY & FAST NO BAKE RECIPE!
KETO NO BAKE PUMPKIN PIE! EASY FAST LOW CARB NO BAKE RECIPE!

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients for your crust and mix until a dough forms.
2. Add dough into your pie and flatten
3. Place crust in the fridge
4. In a separate bowl, let’s make your pumpkin pie filling. Whip cream cheese until smooth and light. Now, add the remaining ingredients until combined.
5. Add filling on top of the crust and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
6. At this point, you can make your whipped cream and top your pie, or make it separately to serve!
7. For your whipped cream, use a hand whisk or mixer to add your heavy cream, powdered sweetener and vanilla and whip until stiff peaks.

Mayra, I made this Wed night for Thanksgiving, used brown Swerve in place of the allulose and molasses, and it was FANTASTIC!! I ate the last piece last night... LOL! BEST pumpkin dessert I've made in the 3 years I've been doing keto. Thanks for sharing!! Hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Oh my word I just made this today, who would have thought pumpkin and cream cheese could work together? I topped my whipped cream with chopped almonds, dusted it with cinnamon and nutmeg. How do I show you the pics? It's so so delicious. I am a huge fan of yours, from South Africa

I’ve been making this pumpkin pie and crust for me weekly since thanksgiving and it gives me the perfect energy! I actually add a more deep blackstrap molasses because I’m very low on iron and this is amazing!!! I feel so good with this! Thank you my friend!!! You are the best…love you!!!!❤️❤️🎄

I’m making this today for a trial run. If its as good as just about every other recipe of yours that i tried, I’ll make it again to bring to Thanksgiving dinner. Mayra you’ve outdone yourself!! This pie was easy to make and delicious!!! Everyone loved it! This is my new go to pumpkin pie recipe. The filling could be made on its own as a pumpkin mousse. It had a fluffy mousse like texture to me. Thank you!

This is without a doubt the best keto dessert recipe ever… and believe me I have made many! It’s even better than my own keto bread pudding recipe and I REALLY love that! I make it exactly like she states only I don’t put the molasses in and I use slightly less swerve powdered sugar in the pumpkin mix.
I wasn’t sure about the crust because I have cooked with the almond flour -a lot of things- and I’m not really crazy about the taste but this crust is stinking amazing! Maybe It’s the taste of the almond flour after baking that I just don’t care for, I don’t know🤔 I’ll figure it out though😉
-And the only reason I don’t use molasses is because I don’t have it and I really didn’t want to buy it just to have it sit around. I’m sure it’s even better with the molasses… if that’s even possible! Thank you so much for this recipe and now I have a keto fudge recipe, my bread pudding and a pumpkin pie I think I’m set lol

Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I love your channel. I am not totally keto but make alot of keto food and this is a keeper. It turned out really well I substitued 1/4 cup or Serve brown sugar and 1/4 cup of half and half because I ran out of heavy cream but it still turned out very well. Thanks again and Happy Holidays.
