The Pineal Gland Breath of Joe Dispenza is a technique that aims to activate the pineal gland, a small endocrine gland located in the brain.

This gland is believed to play a role in the regulation of sleep, seasonal reproduction, and other functions.

The breath work practice involves specific breathing patterns and visualization exercises that are intended to stimulate the pineal gland and bring about a state of relaxation and mindfulness.

According to Dr Joe , the Pineal Gland Breath can help individuals tap into their inner wisdom, gain clarity and focus, and create positive changes in their lives.

The technique was first introduced by Dispenza in his book "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself" and has since become a popular practice among his followers.

This explanation has been given In the summer retreat in Switzerland in 2022, in-depth exploration of the technique, offering attendees the opportunity to learn and experience the benefits of the practice firsthand.

Dear followers of Adawareness channel, I would like to explain to all of you guys that, these kaleidoscope are my art and they have a precise use 😊
As explained from Dr Joe, the Kaleidoscope brings the brain to a different wave of energy and help you to go deeper in a state of relaxation.
If you find them irritating, or distracting I'm Sorry but this is the purpose of this channel: to combine my kaleidoscope art to the messages of Dr joe and other speakers and teachers

I love kaleidoscopes and love very much as Dr Joe explained the use of it, in an advanced retreat that I followed some times ago
That is why I'm spending a lot of my time producing these video

Love how Dr Joe Dispenza brings yoga into the world of science in a way that's possible for all to understand. He's talking about moola bandha and certain pranayam here. Things that have been written about thousands of years ago but he's able to bring into the 21st century with tremendous clarity

At the very beginning of this video, for a very brief amount of time you can hear the sound from different meditations Dr. Joe has. Can anyone tell me which meditation that sound is from Or, what artist made that particular sound?

I understand that youtube will take this video down for copyright infringement if you didn't put the irritating visuals over his image but you blocked out the most important parts where he is explaining the breath with his body.

Thanks Dr. Dispenza! Could I ask you if I understood correctly? FIRST INTERPRETATION a) I squeeze perineum muscles and block muladhara chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. b) squeeze perineum, block muladhara, contract muscles of low abdomen blocking swadisthana chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. c) squeeze the perineum, block muladhara, contract the muscles of low and upper abdomen blocking swadisthana and manipura chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. or SECOND INTERPRETATION a) I squeeze perineum muscles and block muladhara chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. b) contract muscles of low abdomen blocking swadisthana chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. c) contract the muscles of upper abdomen blocking manipura chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. Thanks Master! Namaste.

He sounds a little strange in this one. Almost like he's slurring his words. I hope he is ok. But the message is still the same.

Not very eloquent this time. Or is it just me? At first he explains a contraction with belly-in while exhaling. Half of the explanation ends here. Follows some enticing words and then, all of a sudden, at 6:20 he starts the other half which I just suppose it is about the inhaling, as an ascension movement. And through that upward process he talks about "locking in" everything (belly, chest, shoulders). But... wasn't the belly already IN? Inside? Or did he mean that it keeps inside while breathing in slowly, and contacting the rest of the body (chest, shoulders...)? Did I miss something? Language barrier? He says in the end "lift this up; pull this in; lock this down; straighten your spine; drop down; and pump and squeeze a little bit more. Keep squeezing and pushing that fluid right up against that target there." And after the "er er er" he says "exhale". But wasn't this contraction while exhaling??? Thanks in advance.

I can’t listen to Dispenza with that constant “are you with me still” shit, It’s very annoying. I have several of his books on my kindle which I’ll stick with thanks.
