How the devil removed Christ from Christmas

When I grew up in the 50's and 60's you could literally feel Christmas "in the air". It was a wonderful time. Everyone was so nice to each other... even complete strangers. I can't "feel" that anymore. So sad. But I will keep Christ in Christmas.

I was an atheist back in 2000, since then, by God's grace, I have learned the truth just about everything done under the sun. The world follows after vain things, but as follows of the Messiah Jesus, we are too give back to world what belongs to the world and follow His way of worship! In Spirit and in the truth!!!

Actually, Santa Claus was based on Saint Nicholas. A bishop in the Catholic Church during the 4th century. He would often give poor children gifts during the Christmas season and because of that and other reasons, he went down in history. As time went on however, people started to make him less religous and more secular. That's how the modern Santa Claus came about.

I was literally talking with my mom about this today as we were walking around our neighborhood, observing how people put up literal skeletons with santa hats as Christmas "decorations." I told her people had completely forgotten the meaning of Christmas, and she agreed. Then, when I came home, you posted this video! Let's put CHRIST back in Christmas!!

Very good points, when i became a believer i noticed the x- mas thing and thought "Why replace Christ with x?" And i notice people in companies, even churches use HOLIDAY party instead of CHRISTMAS party. Yes i don't care for the happy holidays or seasons greetings labels. One thing to remember, if we have a problem saying CHRIST publicly, then we are ashamed, and He will be ashamed of us.

My favorite thing about Christmas is giving. Not only to my family but my giving to total strangers in need. Especially those struggling financially through no fault of their own.

It's my secret pact with God.

Feels great to go to Christmas Eve candle light services singing old Christmas hymns of Jesus. Really get the feeling of the birth of Christ and it is so nice.

My husband and I are expecting our first child June 2025. We both agree we will teach our children to know what Christmas is truly about and none of that santa stuff in our house! A friend says she gives 3 gifts to each kid at Christmas to represent the three gifts the wise men left baby Jesus. Thank you for another great video. ❤

People have strayed away from Jesus; they have fallen for false idols and the enemy is distracting them in many ways that knowingly that they aren't putting focus back on Jesus at all. Christmas is also about God's love for us through his son Jesus. Keep up the great work Taylor.
