What if you cannot back up data? I want my phone fixed but do not want to lose my data. Defeats the point of you coming to me if you are still deleting all my stuff. I mean it's just the screen n battery. No reason to wipe the phone etc if no software issue.

Terrible service in my experience. Five weeks and counting and they still haven't given a definite timescale to repair the device. Reason - lack of replacement parts.

My galaxy flip 5 has a bubble on the fold line, every time I close the phone, it's makes a click sound asbthe bubble gets squashed when closing the fold ?
Hope this makes sense.
This is the second time on these flip phones I've had these issues. Last one was the flip 4 which I returned within the 28 days and this one i only bought outright in February this year. I've used it 5 months and this is now happening. I wont be recommending the flipping phones anyhow as it's a persistent issue with these models
