This has nothing to do with above, but you are so clever maybe you can help this 75 yr old - My Lady has an Earlier model Samsung Mobile phone, she sends emails overseas every day to me in Australia, we have verbal contacts everyday, through my Provider OPTUS - BUT NOW she cannot have a verbal talk anymore. Is it possible she has touched the incorrect button or does she need a new SIM Card? Her Provider is TRUE in Bangkok. Appreciate your kindness Please! John Mc

Why do we have the maintenance mode that restricts access to all functions but cannot be utilized while transmitting it to Samsung?

Doesn't this compromise the intended purpose of the mode?
