Thanks! This guy knows how the brain learns. You can not build something from nothing, and this serie provide a clear understanding on the most important concepts, while ignore the more advanced details, that you only can learn in the later learning journey. I wish my university knew this and didn't tried to cover as much as possible in the shortest time possible.

Question : Is this symbol also used for dc voltage source ?

Thank you for all your great videos and detailed explanations.

I have been finding numerous references to transistors, vaccum tubes, relays, etc as active devices, stating an active device is such that controls electricity by means of an electric signal. On what i saw in your video the concept of active device doesn't seem to match, or am i perceiving it wrong? What do you say about it?

*The circle with the + - inside can also mean DC current source (like a battery for example), the symbol is not only used for AC*

Thank you for the video

, ,,, nice and clear explanation
what about IC components .. it is active also

thanks

Can you do some circuits with controlled sources in them please?

the second independent voltage source which theres a + and - inside the circle is not a AC voltage source as you describes? at 3:51 . I think thats a constant DC voltage source. correct me if im wrong

Wouldn't capacitors be considered ideal dependent source due to their ability to store energy?

Hi, what do you mean by "ideal" source?

So a transistor is active? and how about relay switches? or switches in general?
