Such a different yet so so useful and important video! Love your viewpoints, really helpful for mid level devs trying to figure out the bleak difference between junior and senior.

1. What is the best part of software development?
2. What is the hardest part of software development?
3. What interests you in software development?
4. What would you say are your strengths?
5. What would you say are your weaknesses?
6. What would you have liked to change about your last job?

Great video, thanks for sharing.

I noticed that I couldn't identify at all with the 'junior side', although my working experience is only of 6 months for a small company. In terms of answers that were not related to previous jobs or working experience, I could identify a lot with the 'senior side'.

So my question is... what kind of dev am I?

I'm asking because judging by my years of working experience, I could be very well considered a junior dev, but I don't think it fits me at all. I don't have troubles solving problems by myself, I know when it's time to ask for help etc. I've also contributed to OS projects, which definitely helped me as well. I couldn't be considered a senior dev, not only because I didn't work for companies very much, but also because I don't have that much life experience(I'm merely in my twenties). From a technical point of view, I feel I can learn anything that a job requires and most of my spare time is spent on learning/exploring something new.
It seems to be an interesting dilemma...

What's you biggest weakness?
I get annoyed when there are too many meetings.
