I’ve had to rewatch this about 5 times and the part on love and lust has really resonated with me. Finding more love in yourself and purpose is something that should be strived for. I had an epiphany. While meditating on this soaking in a hot bath my house cat came in jumped up and purposely knocked my glasses down with his front paw. I said "hey, come on." Just as the narrator said "Do not regret what you have done." The cat then blankly stared at me and walked off nonchalantly. I've learned something today.
