How is 25 adaptive force and 10 AH worth 1750 gold?

If you use basic items to represent gold/stat value you get:
Glowing Mote 250g/5AH = 500g/10AH

25 Adaptive Force is either 25AP or 15AD:
Amplifying Tome 400g/20AP = 500g/25AP
Long Sword 350g/10AD = 525g/15AD

Best case scenario, you have 10 unique stats and get 10AH and 15AD for a total of 1025 gold. And that is if you use basic items as a way to represent the gold/stat values. AND since full items actually have better gold/stat ratios, you're getting less than 1k gold worth of stats. AND you need 10 unique stats, which is not easy. But if you find a champion with a viable build that gives 10 unique stats, i guess it is kind of worth it to go Jack of all trades.


Summary: Jack of all trades does not give you nowhere near 2k gold worth of stats, but if you find a viable build that gives you 10 unique stats, its probaby still worth to go with the rune.

25 AP and 10 ability haste is a fiendish codex which costs 900 gold, not 1750 gold. Nice.

For supports you can go:
Supp Item, Boots (t1), Ardent Censer, Wardstone (Or Locket)
I've been playing enchanters (Mostly Milio) with: First Strike, Cashback, Biscuits, Jack, Conditioning, Revitalize.
Conditioning + Wardstone (or Locket) makes you surprisingly tanky and Locket is good into Karthus or other AoE champs.

after going through the possible mistakes that could've lead to the result of 1750 gold value instead of the 1000 gold value it is, i think what happened is he calculated 25 adaptive force and 25 ability haste(25 adaptive force is 500 gold, 25 ability haste is 1250)

Computation:
Amplifying Tome Costs 400 gold for 20 AP
so (25/20) * 400 = 500
Glowing Mote Costs 250 gold for 5 AH
so (10/5) * 250 = 500
for a total of 500 + 500 = 1000 gold

I mean that’s blatantly false though? 25 adaptive force is 25 ap OR 15 ad. That’s 1.25 amplifying tomes of ap (500g) OR 1.5 longswords of ad (525g). 10 ability haste is literally 500g.

So it would be 1000g worth of raw stats if ap, but Fiendish Codex gives the same stats (25ap + 10AH) and only costs 900g.

For AD, it’s 1025g of raw stats, slightly less than a caulfield’s warhammer (20ad, 10AH for 1100g).

Not even close to 1750g of stats.

Some korean pro are already abuse this rune with Varus Ap\Tank in the midlane. I saw someone build him with locket+ ninjas for ad/mercury for Ap and then typical ap build like nashor tooth with provided ap and attk speed. They also started off with doran blade.

Dblade tear dagger early with double adaptive in runes

later have mercs/tabis triforce manamune spear of shojin ludens + lifesteal item

Go Senna, get rank 1 Jack with just support item and either Dirk or tier 2 boots. Now you have the option to either finish building into Youmuu's or complete rank 2 Jack early with Mercs/Tabis and Zeal.
Champ that naturally gets a less than 2 item complete Jack of all Trades without hard inting your build.

Its actually the exact opposite of broken. To get to max stacks you have to play extremely odd builds or sacrifice a better item for a worse one just to stack it up. Even if you do stack it to full its just mid. Why? Because you get these stats super lategame. 10 AH lategame when you already have high AH is only a couple % more reduction. 25 AP lategame aint even noticeable.

The only champ I've found that can run it well without sacrificing their build and actually likes the stats is Talon. Ravenous Hydra, Opportunity, LDR, Zephyr, Sundered Sky and either Maw or Deaths Dance depending on enemy comp.

Katarina surprisingly doesn't work with this btw. Katarina doesn't need ability haste and to max stack it you actually need to sacrifice an item. Not worth.
