No MAXIFS? No Problem. Get a Maximum Value with Multiple Conditions in Excel

In this video, we use a combination of MAX and IF to generate various important pieces of information about our cohort of athletes in this dataset.

1. Peak speeds for each athlete
2. Peak speeds for each athlete during games only (and practices only)
3. Latest date that each athlete achiever a peak speed greater than 90% of their maximum peak speed**

Thanks, hoping performance of this is better than maxifs. Older functions seem to work better on mass than new ones.
