I learned my sense of style from my grandmother who passed it to her kids and the rest followed. Whenever I go out with a lady, I ask her what's her outfit like and I try and match and even have the same color whether it be a shirt or pants, sports jacket ensemble, shoes, etc. I get a smile from her and a compliment. I was taught by a lady so it's instilled in me to treat her as such.

This is true! I took my charge to wear perfume and dress nicely from my Caribbean mother. She took the time to make sure we as her daughters were well dressed and I do the same for my children and my husband. Organised quality and understated colours that make our melanin glow ✨
