Hi. I have a Seiko Kinetic 100M Automatic watch. I bought a watch winder, and it has 4 different modes: Clockwise | Counter-clockwise | Clockwise&Counter-clockwise, and None-Intermittent clockwise and counter clockwise. How do I know which setting to use?

Hi, how can I know that I am winding my watch? I don’t feel anything while rotating the crown. I have seiko SNKP21J1 automatic. Idk if there is a manual winding option. I searched everywhere. Is it possible that there is no manual winding in my watch specifically?

Most Seiko 7s26 are not manually windable
