I'm 56 years old and I used to have styes all the way through my childhood years, even into my teens. I have manged to get through many years without any, until now. Last year I started again, and again this year. Sometimes in my younger years I would get 4 on one eye, that was painful. This year I had one, but it was big. In my younger years it was believed to be good to put a wedding ring over it, and a cold teabag, that didn't work, but I thank my mother for trying. I have found this to be the best for me. Boiled water as hot as you can take it with salt in it, and with an eye pad hold it onto the stye. Do this 4 times and then I put Brolene cream in my eye, but sadly I can't get the cream only drops. I've learnt, soon as you feel one coming, hit hard with the hot salt water and Brolene. Hope this helps others.

I've been battling a stye for a long time now. Just recently figured out that witch hazel on a cotton ball and applied to the eyelid for about 1-2 min a day, works very well for draining out the oils that are stuck in the eyelid. I'm surprised you never hear this mentioned..

Is there a way to get your kit online?

Just stay by the bathroom sink and keep your hand cupped and your eye in as hot as possible water, it'll be gone in 15 minutes but then you'll have to deal with the back pain.

I woke up this morning at 7am with a stye, I massaged it and used a hot compressor. It’s now 11:24am and it has gone down tremendously.

Why don't you show us the kit? Perhaps you can provide a demonstration of how the kit is used on a dummy head or eye.

Thank you! Very interesting! I actually taped on an adhesive eyepatch last night because my stye is so huge and infected that it is holding my bottom eyelid open and drying out my eyeball . Woke this morning to puss caked in my lashes and on the patch . The stye is still huge . But it’s draining now at least! I had a feeling that pressure might be the reason it had popped on its own . Just hope the top of my gland opens up eventually so this isn’t some repeat thing . Gonna step up my heated eye mask game and do it every night from now on . Just ordered some steam eye masks and have sat in front of a face steamer some to get the moist heat from it, since yall have said moist heat is better . My eyes stay puffy all the time and I think it’s my gland dysfunction. I was diagnosed with Blepharitis and dry eye . Anyway, thank you so much for the videos because I have learned a lot about my condition from you.😊

Do you have an opinion on which is the best between IPL, Lipiflow, and Tear Care for treating dry eye and therefore helping also to prevent styes?

I haven't had a stye in a while... Last time I used a warm Chamomile compress. I put it on the stye several times a day for about 10-15 minutes. Totally gone by the next day.
