One of my biggest pet peeves regarding older women who decide to lose weight later in life is this. The number of those who actually choose to go in a bodybuilder’s direction.

High quality men are attracted to women who takes care of themselves... In every way... I have had the ability to attract high value men since in my twenties ( surgeons, judges, commanders etc ... Women often get jealous of that... I'm now 59 years old... and men think I am in my late 30's. I have a son 38 and a daughter 32. I carry myself with class as Kevin always stresses...and present myself with feminine energy...

What's sad about this is the health component. I would never advocate for body shamming and I believe that women should be confident. But more importantly I advocate for health. I lost both my mother and sister to illnesses brought on by being overweight. I work out and eat healthy on a regular basis and I still have to be diligent about weight gain. I've seen several tiktok videos with women weighing over 300 pounds with more than 300k likes. What are we promoting? If you want to have children this will more that likely be an issue. I remember when Monique first come on the scene. Her tag line was "skinny bitches" now she works out regularly and has lost the weight. Blessings to all women who struggle with weight loss, please don't stay there, do what you can to become as healthy as possible.

The term Thick and Curvy along with Body Positivity has been a detriment to woman today. That is why you will have women call into his show who is 5'2 and 200 Plus Pounds think they are what men want in a woman. It is truly sad how far our society has gone to make women feel good for being overweight or obese.

The real question besides the typical idea of being a man or a woman... The real question is a person's ability to be loyal to self, in order to value the opposite sex in accordance of something that will not be deemed as intellectually toxic.

What's wrong with this video is what he didn't say. Women love yourselves. Work on the the things about you that you can change and feel fulfilled with that change. Having confidence in yourself stands out. You will meet someone who recognizes that. Also willing to hold on and help build with that. But bring something to the table that you feel is acceptable. He needs a better delivery if he wants to connect to all women of shapes and sizes.

I have to disagree to a degree, I've always loved "curvy and Voluptuous" women with pretty faces. It's just my preference, eg. Jill Scott, Persephanii, Tabria Majors. Am I high value? Not by his terms. I make over 60 in my job and bring in an extra 8-10 on my side hustles. I am married going on 14 years.

A woman 5ft 10 and up could weigh 160-170 he would say that’s fat but healthy BMI for that height is 174, plus if workout you can look skinny at like 180

Very true. Being overweight keeps you single. Same with male baldness. Lack of height. Rough skin and pockmarks on the face.i would say overweight and baldness is a serious issue.

You’re a man speaking about women from a man’s perspective. Just like I can’t talk to a man about men from my perspective because I’m a woman. Yes weight is an issue in our community but what are you as a man bringing to the table besides you bringing up my reflection. So you sir want a woman as a prize, someone dense and complacent, I see why women have so many insecurities in the black community. This is degrading and appalling at the same time. What you are promoting is pure evil and narcissistic. I had to actually go and see for myself if the rumors were true about what is being promoted and I can’t believe what I’m hearing. That’s a spirit of division and ignorance to the highest degree. Women’s bodies change as they get older no matter how thin and fit they are. Some of them have medical conditions that cause them to gain weight in which they can’t control, it’s hard especially when you have children and your metabolism slows down and you have to work all day and take care of kids and make sure you sir are fed and taken care of and you have the audacity to talk about women like we are mere objects sitting on the room waiting to be objectified and degraded and told what are value is based on our looks alone. What legacy are you leaving behind for these men who follow you and actually take your advice. That’s why other cultures stay married longer because they know the value and sacrifices you have to make to be married and here we are in 2021 still in the middle of a pandemic and you have the where with all to degrade women in a 5k suit. This is a demonic spirit going rampant at best. The hypocrisy of it all is that men are taking advice from a man who’s been married twice, so two failed marriages is not a red flag in itself. I wanna hear from someone who’s been married for 25 years and tell me how they braved through every storm that came their way. Not this pure ignorance.
