He doesn’t mean eat crap as far as bad food, always keep your body together, he means you work hard, taking the shifts people don’t want, doing the grunt work to get ahead, and going the extra mile in your career instead of trying to enjoy the nice parts of life because that will come later. At 40 if i can give any young men advice is this. You dont fully become aware of who your are/what you want at 25. Take your time. Gym, travel, save, invest & work hard. Time is on your side

I can't tell you how bad I wish I heard this when I was younger. But it's something I tell the younger guys today too. You got to help them young dudes come up better than we came up, that's the difference between guys and girls modern guys try to help the younger generation out. Women keep lying to the younger generation about their failures cuz they're embarrassed.

That's basically what I did, worked hard until 30 and avoided marriage and kids during that time. I'm glad I did, because the 11 year relationship I had during that time failed because she listened to her trifling friends, who couldn't maintain a relationship longer than 4 months.

Now 10 years later I'm so much better off now than ever, and I'm planning retirement in 10 years or less. I don't know where she is, but I'll bet its not great.

Dont suffer the trifling of them, at any point in your life.

R.I.P. to my frat brother. This man dropped so many jewels on men and women. It's unfortunate that the internet focused on the more controversial comments because clips like this are just top tier advice for any young man.
