The most important tip:

Sooner you get in the server search for all the cloths you can find and break them...

6 rags + 6 rags = Rope
Wooden stick + knife = Wooden fishhook

And now you have a fishing rob you can easly survive...

You can use the intestines of your foes to make rope with a knife to make a fishing rod instead of becoming a cannibal

I love DayZ and haven't played since a month after Livonia releaaed. Recently played around 6hrs on the new map and it hasn't changed one bit 😂 Good luck out there .

I just stared playing it. I didn’t think I would like it at all. I’m in love! What an awesome and immersive map! I found the briefcase right off the bat, too. But, I can’t find any sniper rifles or weapon repair kits! That’s why I’m here.

Can’t wait to try the bunker tomorrow. The map is awesome! If you’re thinking about not buying it, do it! It kicks so much ass!

Nobody’s mentioned how important bodies of dead players are, near infinite knives, guts for rope, and human steaks to heat up and use as heat packs, not to mention that you can make a spear with bones which is a pretty good zombie killer🫠

Nice video man, very helpful especially for the new players. You should have mentioned that the heat buff can be stacked 3 times, you can monitor this with the + signs by the thermometer on the bottom right of your screen. When you have 3 solid + ( not blinking) you have a fully/ maximum heat buff. If you trouble yourself to start a fire, you might aswell give the heat buff an extended life by staying with your fire for another minute or so ( its fast ) . Also switching back to Chernarus/ or Livonia while playing official, if youre wearing the new clothing its too insulated. You will be over heated instantly. Idk why they did that stupid shit, its annoying

The bunker is definetly gonna be balanced soon with how much gear comes from it. A single run and a group is geared and headed back to the mainland lol. Get it while its good

From what I've tested, food will not thaw in your inventory unless you have the heat buffs

I've got noticeably lower FPS on this map in comparison to Chernarus or Livonia... Any recommendations to fix it?
GTX 1070 8GB, M.2 nvme, i5 4460, usually got 90fps on those 2 maps, but this one sometimes 90, sometimes as low as 30. Most settings are high or ultra, some medium.
