This is a perfect reference of what a normal day at the Academy looks like! Good stuff, Mr. Preston.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing. I was an enlisted guy, grunt, 11B type. Very cool to see what west pointers experience. My 2nd CO was a West Pointer, great officer.

Your video is one of the best out of USMA I've seen; keep them coming!
And Kudos to your behind-the-scenes cameraperson.
It's full extension on those tricep exercises, and varying the bench angle on those chest presses in order to hit different chest areas, hence definition.
On the chemistry question, in-company help is great, but don't sell your instructor(s) short; they should've given you their contact info/modes, and (also) raising a question with them will help guide their class/instruction (better) to you/your section.
Hope I see you at Chapel.

... from flying around aircraft carriers, "Looks good; keep it coming."

P.S. Some of us are sincerely hoping the USNA Athletic Association will finally grow a brain, then do whatever it takes to have Urban Meyer coach Navy Football, so we all can have an annual get-together devoid of coached/taught cheapshots and unethical play/players (see the video from Army Navy 2021 for example). It's terrible some of us don't have a classmate that would've told Ken Nehemiah not to have the door hit him in the ass after firing him instead of caving to his demand for another raise under his threat of leaving Navy for BYU in order to coach his new freshman son there. But, that's Navy; not Army.

Best of luck, Cadet. One of my PL's was a West Pointer and he was a great leader and an all-around outstanding guy. Whenever you commission, I hope you take the time to get to know those you lead. If you see them as people and respect them, they in turn will respect and follow you.

Was always curious what it was like there went to visit when I was a Boy Scout. Thank you for your service and all my best.

Your video has inspired me to some point try to help out with a couple of things to make it a better experience for you guys. Hopefully I’ll be able to do that in a couple of years.
