Hey ladies! Thanks so much. This put my heart at ease, my relator suggested we waive the contingencies, and we close shortly, and my wife and I were getting nervous. Lol! We are getting an information only inspection however. And my agent did exactly what you both were recommending now that I think about it. "Oh these windows are new." "Hey, look under the sink for me." I didn't know that was intentional. But very informative. thanks from Cleveland, Ohio

Thats great! Have you seen any foundation issues and general cost to address it?

Check the water meter to see if it is running, this will indicate an active leak that maybe you can’t Necessarily see. Also if you don’t see the date on the water heater, take a pic of the serial number and you can look up the age online based on the number. Also, if the attic has pull down stairs, check it out for rodent droppings.
